Tranquility

let me have a day,
to enjoy sunshine on my face,
Where the wind blows free,
In my hair as I watch the horses play,
Where wildflowers grow,
Filling the meadow with daffodils,
and daisies and bluebonnets on a hill,

Let me have a day to run and play,
Being wild and carefree,
being in harmony,
Let me have a day of sunshine,
sweet scents of honeysuckle vines
And galloping horse to fill my day with harmony
the essence of nature's symphony.
