The Innocence
of the Rose
A small spark ignited among the
tears of dispair. A seed of friendship
planted among the ruins of the storm. The spark
carefully fannned until the embers become a
flame. The seed takes root and a fragile bud
appears. Deliberate caution exercised to keep
the fire under control. A gardener's gentle
touch grooming and caring for the bud. The
passing of time. The flame burns ever brightly
now. The seed is in full bloom. The flames of
desire burn for you as the quiet gentleness of our
new love blooms like the innocence of the white
rose.
