April is definitely the month of birthdays, bowling, and bunnies...it started off with a trip to Erie for Kristie's 5th Birthday...
Bowling with the birthday girl:
My Mom caught by surprise with Katie:
The birthday girl showed off her photography skills once again...here's my Mom and Grandma:
My lovely sister, Kim:
Isn't she just too cute?
My Dad was caught in the background of the previous picture enjoying the festivities, so I had to include it..he's just too cute, too!
A 5 year-old birthday party isn't complete without the Barbie cake!
I LOVE my nieces!
Yummy yummy!
Oh and Katie definitely enjoys it (even though it's not chocolate)!
Happy Birthday to Kristie....
The first grandchildren on both parents' sides means that the girls are definitely spoiled:
Kristie is following in her Mom and Aunt Lori's footsteps by collecting Precious Moments:
Cheerleading and dance weren't her thing, so she's trying soccer and baseball this year!
Not only did she get a soccer net, but she got a T-ball set complete with a practice net!
Left/right/colors??? Let's just play Twister!
Katie listened when we started making her put her head on colors, too!
On Sunday morning, the girls headed out for breakfast with Easter bunny:
So they got to wear their Easter dresses:
No, Kristie is not punching Katie in the face, although it appears that way...she was just starting to walk forward:
The four generations of girls..minus my sister in Iraq..please keep her in your prayers...
Another one of Kristie's great pictures...this is Katie and her "Poppies":
Breakfast was held at Kristie's school, where Kim also teaches:
My beloved goddaughter and I:
Katie and her other Grandma trying to play with her so she would stop running away from us:
Katie absolutely loved Easter bunny and hugged him about 10 different times:
Kristie refused to go near Easter bunny, but Katie got in as many pictures as we would take:
Kristie said that she only likes the "real" Easter bunny:
Immediately after getting back from Erie, I had 3 tests Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday...so we had to relax Wednesday with dinner, Dawson's, and Jackass - The Movie....
Here's Mel and I drinking our Boones in style:
After mixing Sprite with Tequila Rose for dinner, it made a nice curdly drink:
"Who serves Tequila Rose for dinner anyway?", asks Chipper...
After Jackass, I decided to chase Mel around with a manilla envelope since she now hates them:
After she locked herself in our room, I thought I would be smart and shove it under the door and get her, but she stole it and ran after me!
We decided to save the curdly mixture as a science experiment:
Adam somehow tried this nasty shit, but it still remains on our window sill covered with saran wrap:
The following night, 6 of us headed out to Northland Bowl for one of the most fun nights of the semester, and it surprisingly involved no alcohol!
The great friend, Ben, and I:
Mel caught us by surprise with this picture:

In celebration of my highest scoring game ever (a whopping 163), I had to play the claw animal game, and I won this cute "wabbit" on my second try:
Ben and Mr. Wabbit:
Mel and Mr. Wabbit:
Awe....Wabbit Melanie:

Chucky, Laura, and Mr. Wabbit:

Adam and Mr. Wabbit:

I didn't realize he was flipping me off until I uploaded these pictures:
So I cut off his finger, and now he looks gay..hehe
Adam was dancing like an Egyptian, but I just missed it....no one could've missed his unique bowling style, though!
This picture was taken from atop of another person's car...whoopsie! But it's a cute group picture of the gang...and remember, GIRLS KICK ASS IN BOWLING!!

Last week was too much fun, so we headed out to bowl some more....the wonderful roommies of 101...(but 101 should not have been my score of the 1st two games!):
Half of the bowling crew for the night:
This is my attempt to coordinate colors...but we ran out of time during the mess:
Mr. Wabbit looks on and wants to come bowling...
And he gets replaced by 4 other animals for the night...we won't mention how much money was spent in the process:
Mel, Adam, and Laura stepped up their bowling skills and kicked some ass:
Ogre and Steph showed us how it was done:
Ben, Mark, and Bob has awesome performances, as always:
Ben was the winner of the coveted 2nd game prize - Spongebob!
This is what you get for winning an animal through the shaking of the machine...an animal with a bigger ass than the winner!
Here's the bunny that I spent the most money on because it's just so damn cute and "Carrot Ears" enjoying our "pop"!
Bob (and Mark) had awesome games when Chipper and I challenged them to a 3rd game....
But Chipper and I were the ultimate champions (and I finally stepped up with a 147 on the last game)!
Hopefully April showers bring May flowers...here's the pretty flowers my Mom brought me before bowling when we went out to eat...
