Dissapointment

Its easy to be happy,
when the day is fair and bright,
When friends are all around you,
And everything goes right.
Its easy to be cheerful,
When plans are working out,
When dreams you cherished fondly,
seem sure to come about.
But its a diffrent matter,
when clouds hang low and grey,
When disappointment hits you,
And the ache wont go away.
When the dreams you cherished fondly,
seem to die before your eyes,
Or you strive and work to reach a goal,
then lose the glittery prize.
Its then we really see ourselves,
Its then we come to know,
That we can never see the love,
That we are never shown.
