~*2nd Coming*~

I had wanted to be a raver ever since I found out about them a year before I actually started going.

Its hard to say why exactly I wanted to go so bad, maybe it was the lure of trance muzik, the great vybe that I had yet to X-periance... or maybe it was just the clothes and kand*E!

Either way it goes, before I really started going, I had the soul of a party kyd... some could call this a pozer, but I call it being natural. ::shrug::

Anyhow- New Years Eve rolled around, and I heard about this party online and decided, I was going. I didn't care how I got there, or who I went with, as long as I went.

I actually had to talk my friend Ashley into going! She thought there was something better to do, but in the end she realized that I was right and we had to go.

Plus our friend Debbie decided that she wanted to go also.

By like- 5 that night I was getting ready to go! I was maaad happy!

I really didn't know what to expect, but when we got there... wow!

We walked in, a few hours early *thank God- we wouldn't have gotten in if we were late!* and the muzik pumping out of the room *Desert Rose by Sting!* was so loud! Even outside!

We walked back to the car and sat there until the doors opened.

We got in line with HUNDRED'S of other kydz from all over the place. I never knew so many people partied!

We went thru a mildy thorough search that seemed like getting groped at the time... they made us take off our shoes, and we had no idea why.

Once we got into the party itself, we were all amazed! So much space, so many kool lights! OMG! ITS A LAZER!

And then we were trying to dance, it was awfully sorry at the time, but hey... we got better as the night went on.

Time flew by so fast, we were meeting people, getting used to the scene... the vybe was amazing! It was the best thing I have felt in my entire life!

When you first start partying, those glances across a smoke filled room... the smiles... the "Your SO Kute!'S that trickle off the venue walls... those are sooo amazing!

I traded bracelets, I let go of my modesty and rawked out, I met so many influential people... it was a great night!

The people that made that night for me, and are the reason I am who I am today *in terms of parties* were Amy, Ed, Nate, and Tim.

I was sitting in the chyll room alone taking a break, and the guys came and sat by me.

They found out it was my first party, and the freaked out and showered me with love!

Amy came out of the bathroom a second later, and she asked me how I was enjoying the party, and when I told her I loved it, she said something that stuck with me to this very day.
"Yeah, I know what you mean totally. When I first started partying, I felt like I had finally found the place in the world that I belong"

I don't care how many parties I go to, how many people who say something wise, or how many people I meet... Those words are the vybe.

From that moment on, I knew that raving was were *I* belonged as well... and I have never been the same since.
