My Kottage

Welcome to my Kottage. My place to escape when the stresses of everyday life build up. Here I can relax and meditate and restore myself. This is not a real Kottage, but my dream Kottage and all that I can imagine it to be.

Outside my Kottage are many gardens to explore with brilliant colors of every kind and the most wonderful fragrances from all of God's beauty. There is the pond where you can watch the swan glide ever so gently across the top. There is plenty of swings and country benches to rest or read or just listen to the peacefulness.

Later I will show indoors to my cozy Kottage and welcome you to some old fashioned hospitality with fresh ice tea and perhaps homemade pies from my fruit trees out back.

Cottage By The Lake

My husband and I retreat each year
to this enchanted cottage by the lake.
Here, we observe a glimpse of Heaven,
where brilliant Autumn tones revive
the splendor of God's scenic nature.

We venture outdoors in blush of dawn,
to witness exquisite effervescence,
freshly bathed in mornings newness-
a gentle reminder of our love,
innocently pure each new day.

We breathe the sweet scent of honey-suckle,
mingled with the delicate aroma of tuberose,
gloriously permeating the chilling breeze,
arousing as the fragrance of our awakened love,
tantalizing our senses, restoring our harmony.
w resplendent sunsets,
deg behind the bordering palisades-
Our bond more vivid than the Heavenly hues.
It's our hearts will always cherish.
