Well I'm forty something and a Mother of 3 boys and wife of a wonderful man whom I fell in love with at the age of 17. I'm short, brown headed with traces of gray. I work full time and have discovered my computer and all the fun things I can do with it.

I'm a little bit country and a little bit Victorian. I love to mix the both and then to separate them at other times. I am a country girl by heart. I was born in Cajun Country and raised in Hillbilly Country! My ancestors on my Mother's side are from the Mountains of Tennessee and Ozarks of Arkansas.  My parents moved to the country also when I was 16 years old and after I married I lived there too. So I'm fond of the country. But I love the Victorian Era and wish I could go back in time to live in that moment and experience the beauty of Victorian homes and dresses and life!

I enjoy working on my Genealogy, and my Genealogy website. I enjoy working on my new personal website. I create slide shows and do digital photography and the wonderful scrap booking and fun that goes with photos. I download music and create CD's. I also have taken old cassette tapes of family singings and turned them into CD's. I'm very sentimental and family oriented. I hang on to things way too long! I think the smallest things are the most precious to me and I hate throwing them away. I never give away gifts. I've held on to gifts from teachers in Middle School!

I'm a Christian, was baptized when I was 15 years old. My Family attends Church together where my husband and me both teach. I've heard the most interesting comments from my 2nd and 3rd graders. I love my Church Family. I've been through a lot of stresses in my life and could not have made it without their love and understanding.

I love reading, watching movies, crossword puzzles, talking with friends, and doing Genealogy every spare moment. I love the color yellow. I love a clean home. I love to look at Gardens and dream of my own gardens someday. I love decorating and rearranging the house, even though I cannot physically do that anymore. I love lacy and floral things. I love to decorate with fruit, candles, books and flowers. I love dolls, always have. I love my Chihuahua named Corky. He's a miniature and he is black and the most sweetest creature on this earth.

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome 5 years ago. I also have other health problems that I deal with quite often. Be sure and read "My Causes" page where you'll find other causes that I am very passionate about.
