Fadel K. Jabr
was born in Iraq in 1960.
He graduated from the Translation Department of al- Mustansiryah University in Baghdad.
He lived in Yemen for six years before coming to the United States.
Jabr has two books of poetry in Arabic, Athariyun ( Archaeologists) Amman, Jordan 1997 and Haliman a’borun Nashid( Dreamily I Cross the Anthem) Beirut, Lebanon 1993). In 1992, Jabr won al- Aqlam literary journal’s prize for poetry.
