Shocked, stunned, and burned
The product of a naive heart
Thats been through hell and
Brought back to be scorched yet again

The heart yearns for love - to be be loved
This heart has been denied 
The only thing it lives for
Because it is not dead, and not alive
It is trapped in Pergatory
