PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT (PSA)
TITLE: SOVEREIGNTY MARCH AGAINST RELOCATION
TEXT OF YOUR MESSAGE:
Navajo citizens are being forced to move again--although the treaty was signed one-hundred and thirty-two years ago!
Families in Church Rock Village (Kinlitsoh Sinili) are about to be forcibly evicted and relocated.
Please join the prayerful resistance to forced relocation, in solidarity with the Dine' of the Hopi partitioned land, on Tuesday, November 20th at 6 o-clock a-m at the S-D-N-Kintlitsoh Sinili Survival Camp in CHURCH ROCK VILLAGE, or come join us a few hours later for a MARCH through GALLUP, starting at 10 o-clock a-m in East Gallup at the Gallup Indian Plaza. The march goes from that location to Blackhat New Mexico.
On the next day, Wednesday the 21st (just 23 hours after the march AGAINST relocation) people will gather at Blackhat and proceed to Window Rock, arriving at approximately 2 o-clock p-m at the Executive Building of the Navajo Nation.
Once again, please come join the protest march this Tuesday November 20th, in solidarity with the Dine' as we hope to stop the planned forced evictions and relocation of Church Rock Navajo citizens. The march through Gallup begins at 10 o-clock a-m on Tuesday in East Gallup, near the Mosque, across the street from the Gallup Indian Plaza, near exit 26. The march proceeds to Blackhat New Mexico, and resumes the next day, Wednesday the 21st, at Blackhat, proceeding to the Executive Building in Window Rock, Arizona.
For more information, please show up at the march at 10 o-clock am on Tuesday, November 20th, across Route 66 from the Indian Center near Denny's and the Mosque.
