Gray clouds o'er a sky of blue
bring home thoughts of you
your emotions often concealed
hiding what you truly feel.
Faery lights reflect in your eyes
but your somber face doeth disguise
and though you walk in stoic trance
your mind skips in Faery dance.
And though most eyes can only see
earth, sky and tree,
the wood is filled with things free and wild,
seen only by nature's child.
Faeries and Dragons of earth and air,
Unicorns here and there.
See the ring around the trunk of yon tree,
a mark left for other Unicorns to see?
Faery Rings about the trees wound,
made by happy feet dancing round and round,
Unicorn tracks hidden under the leaves,
signs found only by one that believes.
Magical signs abound
in the trees, on the ground.
Faery poems and Unicorn lore,
please let me hear more.
Muses, poets and bards abound
such joys that in Shadows can be found.
Songs, dance and tea for one and all
free your mind answer the Faery call
