Faith
We've gotta have
faith,
when a baby boy
comes into the world,
because today's
society may not teach him ,
how to treat a girl.
We've gotta have
faith,
when we get onto
the road,
because then our
lives are in the hands,
of people we don't
know.
We've gotta have
faith,
when the doctor
walks into the room,
because the bad
news he bears,
could mean our lives
are doomed.
We've gotta have
faith,
when we choose our
friends,
to know who would
catch you,
or who would stab
you in the end.
We've gotta have
faith,
when we pray to
God above,
because then we
will live and die,
with his everlasting
love.
