Dreams
Even though man was meant to stay on solid ground,
A girl can have her dreams,
Dreams that are unheard of,
Dreams that have never been seen.
It may seem impossible,
But as long as you believe,
You can do anything that you can hope for,
Simply look past all that you can see.
Even though all I know is what I've dreamed,
I will try anything that I doubt,
Seeing if I can do new things,
Is what I think courage is all about.
Looking in the eyes of a tiger,
Seeing the eagle flying high,
Leaves me with the final thrill,
Wondering the reason why.
Dreams are the wonder,
Dreams are what we have left,
Dreams are what we remember,
Throughout our final breath.
Seeing all that I have seen,
Keeps me still wanting more,
More than anything I have got,
Wanting more than I have before.
