I talked to the San Fransisco Book Store in Mooresville about a signing, and she said she would love to have one. We'll talk later.
July 1, 2006 I approached BORDERS bookstore in Greenwood, IN today about a signing. The manager was not in but I was told to return Monday to see him.
June 24, 2006 First booksigning at the Mooresville Movies where I sold 23 books. I had two people drive 30 miles to attend and purchase a book each. One was a teacher in Martinsville, IN and she asked me to talk to her class. Between signings we had a lunchon for 60 friends and relitives that turned out overwhelmingly successful. So far todate I have sold 50 books.
May 5, 2006 Sent my own press release to 5 newspapers.
I hand delevered the one to the Mooresville Times, our local paper, and talked to the editor. She kept a copy of the book.
May 3, 06 recieved copy of the press release sent by PA to local newspapers
April 21, 06 recieved author copies and it was exciting and dissapointing. I wasn't happy with the inside photos. Now the part that I am not excited about and the hardest has to be done.
April 7, 06 PA emailed me the cover proof for my ok. It looks fabulous!
March 15, 06 book has gone to cover design. I don't know how long this will take.
