This poem was untitled, I named it this but I like to think of it as "Galaxy"
I stared up into the heavens
Looking for a special star;
One caught my eye; I grabbed it-
Very closely, I put it to my heart;
It shined so bright-
Young pulsating, it's brightness grew
Until oneday, I finally understood-
Understood that this star was my love for you.
Guess you could say I'm in love
Yes, that's plain to see
And it's my cutie, I'm thinking of
But is she thinking of me?!?
I think about her every day,
And she's always in my heart
But it's hard to keep it that way
Because we're so far apart.
I'm waiting for the day, I suppose
that we could meet like we should.
And maybe she would hold me close;
or at least I hope she would.
So if you're reading this poem
that I wrote for only you
Just know you're the greatest love I've had
And that I'll always love you.
When I'm feelin low and blue
All I do is think of you
Your laughter and love follow me
to the skies above
or down by the sea
When I look into your eyes
I melt away
Because you're the one
I think about all day
You're such a great girl
With an amazing love,
It seems as though it came from above
I love you so much
Its like a dream
If only you were here with me.

Everyday I pray to God to give me a sign
That some day you will forever be mine
And then you became my friend one day
And forever I wanted it to go that way
My love from there just grew and grew
And every day I wish that I could be with you
Just seeing your smile makes me have one too
And you always made me happy when I was blue
No one can take your place as my friend

And we could do things that friends do
Because I will always love you
No matter what we'll always be together
