POETIC INSPIRATION

Your brooding gait
your mood swings
your devoteful passion.
Your truth to romantic principles.
Your gaunted eyes and cheeks
after tossing and turning all night
from dwelling on your concerns of
how you want to change the world.
The way you sit askewly, raising one knee up.
It all inspires me
it raises a wave in me,
poetic inspiration,
But though you are a muse,
and blindingly beautiful,
you are a trap for emotions,
unreliable and destructive.
