You and I are like two nervous lovers, stumbling over each others' words, searching for the right mix/balance between intimacy and formality so as not to offend the other's sensibilities. It is as though we don't speak the same language as the words tumble out of our mouth with cluttered laughter filling the spaces,- but our eyes and our smiles betray the truth about the extent of our mirth (& attraction) As our eyes lock and we stumble over our goodbyes, - until we meet again. |

"until we meet again" has double meaning as the words spoken.
Maybe better written as "he" instead of "you"
