In the late 1970's, Canada was well represented in the progressive rock field by bands such as Rush, Saga, Klaatu, and FM. Sci-fi themes dominated FM's 1977 debut album Black Noise, as heard on tracks such as the space exploration epic "Aldebaran". Tabbed here is the Intro, which with its delay-laden electric mandolin is in some ways similar to the Intro of the album's opening track (and single) "Phasors On Stun".FM - "Aldebaran" (C. Hawkins/M.
