Sugar Squares
Ingredients: To Cook:
5 Tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of evaporated milk
2 cups of brown sugar
2 cups of powdered sugar
Melt the butter in a pan then add the milk and brown sugar, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes at medium heat stirring non-stop.
Add the powdered sugar and mix well. Pour into a buttered square pyrex and let cool. Cut into squares.
