Shrimp Chowder

Ingredients:
Cooking Spray
1 1/2 cups frozen chopped onion, celery, and pepper blend
3 (15 oz) cans reduced-fat baked potato-style soup
2 (7 oz) cans tiny shrimp, rinsed and drained
2 1/2 cups fat-free milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper

To Cook:
1. Coat a large saucepan with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add frozen onion/celery/pepper blend and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add potato soup and remaining ingredients. Cook over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
Makes 9 (1-cup) servings.
