Irish Snowball

Ingredients:
3 cups milk
8 oz white chocolate
6 Tablespoons white creme de cocoa
4 Tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
Whipped cream (optional)

To Prepare:
In medium saucepan, bring milk just to a boil, remove from heat. Add white chocolate; whisk to blend. Stir in white creme de cocoa and Irish cream liqueur. If desired, top with whipped cream.
Makes 6 servings.
