Cassie's Quick and Easy Goulash Ingredients: To Cook:
1-2 pounds hamburger
1 medium onion
3 cans tomato soup(for 2 lbs hamburger) OR 2 cans for 1 lb. hamburger
Wide egg noodles
1/4 cup sugar
1. Brown hamburger with diced onion. Drain.
2. While hamburger is browning, boil noodles (as many or as few noodles as you like), then drain noodles.
3. Return hamburger and onion mixture into kettle (or whatever pan you use for your stews/chili's).
4. Add Tomato soup, cooked noodles, and sugar and stir together.
Let warm on stove to desired temperature.
