Egg Pie


Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 Tablespoon flour
1/2 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 425.
Beat eggs. Add sugar and flour. Add butter, then milk and vanilla. Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes more.
