Cauliflower Au Gratin

Ingredients:
1 Cup of bechamel sauce (white sauce, not sure if you call it bechamel in english also. I usually make my own but you can buy packages to make it at the grocery store)
1 Cauliflower
Shredded Cheddar


To Prepare:
Steam the Cauliflower until tender. Place in a oven-proof casserole dish.
Add the bechamel sauce and then top with cheddar.
Place in the oven at 375F until cheese is melted.
You can also do this with sliced peeled potatoes, which is quite good.
