Cindy Lussier of MA USA sent in this dessert as one of her favourites

2 (3oz.) packages strawberry Jello	-(well drained)
2 (10oz.) packages frozen	3 medium bananas (mashed)
-strawberries	1 Cup chopped walnuts
-(thawed)	1 Cup Cool Whip (can use sour
1 regular sized can crushed	-cream if you
-pineapple	-prefer)

Dissolve gelitan in 1 cup of boiling water.
Fold in strawberries (juice & all)
Add drained pineapple, bananas, and nuts.
Turn 1/2 of the mixture into mold & refrigerate until firm.
Spread on Cool Whip then top with the rest of the gelatin mixture.
Refrigerate until firm.
