Grace Alencar of Brazil, sent in this exquisite Christmas dessert

1 Can Condensed Milk 50 Grs Grated Coconut
1 Can Cream Merengue:
1 1/2 Packets Flavourless Jelly 5 Egg White
-Powder 5 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Cup Coconut Milk 1 Pinch Bicarb

In the liquidizor beat together all the ingredientes for the base to form a cream.
For the marengue, beat the egg white to form stiff peaks with the sugar y bicarb.
Add to the cream mix and put in the fridge until set
