A Favourite recipe from Carol Foster in N.Y

4 eggs 1 Packet Yellow Cake Mix
1 Cup sour cream 1 Packet Jello Pistachio Instant
1/2 Cup vegetable oil -Pudding
1/2 Tsp almond extract

Combine one package of yellow cake mix, one pkg.Jell-o pistachio instant pudding, in large bowl.
Add 4 eggs
1cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Blend all together and beat for two minutes with electric mixer.

Using another bowl
Combine half cup sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts. Peacan or walnuts.
Pour 1/3 batter into greased and floured tube pan. Sprinkle some cinnamon mix on top. Add more batter and then add more of the cinnamon mixture on top of that and continue until all batter and mix is used up.

Now bake at 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until center springs back up when lightly touched. Cool for 15-20 minutes before removing from pan.

May use any type frosting. This should serve about 15 people , nice size slices.
