| 2 Cup applesauce |
1 Cup candied pineapple |
| 3 eggs, unbeaten |
1 Tsp nutmeg |
| 2 Cup sugar |
1 Tsp cinnamon |
| 1 Cup butter |
1 Tsp ground cloves |
| 3 1/2 Cup flour |
1 Cup chopped pecans |
| 2 Tsp soda |
1 box raisins |
| 1 1/2 Cup red andgreen candied |
1 box dates |
| -cherries |

Set oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Mix applesauce and soda, mix nuts and fruits, add 1/2 cup of the above flour to fruit and nut mixture before adding to the rest of ingredients. Combine all the rest of above ingredients and bake for 1 hour or until cake starts leaving sides of bundt pan. This cake keeps extremely well and is better with age.
