1 Huevo, Batido |
| 1 Cda Perejil, Picado |
2 Cdas Fecula De Maiz |
| 1 Cebolla, Picada Y Blanqueada |
3 Cdas Pan Rallado |
| 1 Diente Ajo, Picado |
Sal Y Pimienta, A Gusto |
Mezclar todos los ingredietes menos el huevo y el pan rallado.
Llevar a heladera durante 30 minutos.
Armar las hamburguesas, pasarlas por huevo batido y luego por pan rallado.
Llevar a horno fuerte 15 minutos por lado
