2 Cup canned chick-peas, washed 2 Clove garlic, minced
-and drained 1/3 Cup lemon juice
1/2 Cup onion, finely chopped 1/3 Cup olive oil
1/2 Cup parsley, finely chopped Salt and pepper to taste

Place washed and drained chick-peas in a small bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and shake well. Just before serving, pour over chick-peas and toss.

The Skinny: Chick-peas are supposed to be good for you.

4 Tbl olive oil 1 Tsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbl white wine vinegar 2 Clove garlic, chopped
1 Tbl Dijon mustard 1 avocados - peeled, pitted, and
1/2 Tsp salt -cubed
1/2 Tsp ground black pepper 4 Cup mixed salad greens
1 Pinch white sugar 1/2 Cup sliced almonds
1 Tsp chopped fresh parsley 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, sugar, parsley, lemon juice and garlic. Add the avocado, and stir to coat with the dressing.
Just before serving, add the salad greens, and toss to coat with dressing. Sprinkle sliced almonds and feta cheese over the top.
