2 carrots (Junior size)BABY FOOD 3 Cup flour
-(yes I 2 Tsp cinnamon
-said Baby Food) 2 Tsp BP
2 Cup sugar 2 Tsp BS
1 1/4 Cup oil Salt
4 eggs

mix first 4 ingredients til creamy
mix flour, cinn. BP and BS and salt together and add to first 4 ingredients.Mix til all is well distributed.
pour into a well greased Angel Food Pan and bake for 1hour
@350 degrees.( DO THE TOOTHPICK TEST TO MAKE SURE IT comes out clean) All ovens are different.
Frost with CREAM CHEESE FROSTING (see recipe below)

Cream Cheese Frosting

1 -box 10x powdered sugar
1-8oz box Cream Cheese
1/4 stick butter
1-teasp vanilla
enough milk to make creamy but not runny
add all ingredients together at once. I usually use my electric mixer cause makes it real creamy and not lumpy
