Sharon of BC Canada says: Thought I would share my French Toast recipe just in case some of you do not have one.

2 Eggs 1/2 Tsp Vainilla
1/2 Tsp Salt 4 Thick slices of bread
1 Cup Milk

Beat 2 eggs slightly and add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 cup milk. Flavour with 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

Dip into this mixture 4 thickly sliced bread (at least 1/2 inch thick). You can get creative with this and use your cookie cutters to cut the bread into fancy designs.

Brown the bread on each side, on a hot, well greased griddle. Serve hot with assorted condiments such as sweet jelly, honey, syrups, white and/or brown sugar and cinnamon, etc.
