Here's what you can do. Another story arc needs to be done (if you aren't already planning one,) and about your show...here are some ideas:
1) After the story arc there should be an evergoing arguement between two monsters. I suggest King Kong and Gwangi ( a t-rex/allosaur from the movie Valley of Gwangi.) Heres the arguement, Kong and Gwangi have a match and Kong is victorious, yet after the battle the two continue to fight due to the fact they are natural born enemies. The conflict between the two lasts at least three episodes, with several monsters having an irritation with them for their arguemen taking up the show.
Eventually Godzilla says this arguement has to be solved or else he'll step in, Mecha King Ghidorah loses his temper and challenges Kong and Gwangi to fight. Basically the outcome will be if Gwangi and Kong putting aside their differences to defeat a stronger enemy. Other monsters who appear along the way are Gailah (whom attacks Gwangi and fails,) Sanda (who tries to get Kong to step down but is beaten down by the angered ape,) Mothra (who tries to calm the two down at the same time but is unsuccessful and is forced to fly off,) and Varan who attacks Kong out of agitation which results in a draw or him losing. Huh, a blog. Welll I here you're working on a plot with MK and that plot line suggested later by Kulutes wasn't half bad either. I've got an idea too, involving Zilla; (Whom I somewhat dispise) Here it goes, Zilla hasn't been feeling loved lately; recieving criticisms from many fans all over the world. Zilla is eventually paired against Jiger, and loses badly with multiple injuries. Two monsters then proceed to mock him on how weak he is, these monsters would be Zigra and Gabara. The wounded Zilla attacks out of anger and embrassment but is beaten easily by the two daikaiju. Gabarah and Zigra walk of laughing and Zilla is saddened at two losses in one day and how everyone thinks he is a worthless rip off.
A week passes since Zilla's losses with the three daikaiju and the mutant iguana is pretty sad. As if things couldn't get worse Zilla meets up with Space Godzilla, who's having a bad day. Zilla tries to defend himself but is outmatched easily and throw several feet through th air by Space Godzilla's gravity tornado. Space Godzilla cackles at the downed Zilla, claiming he will never amount to anything but a failure. Now truly and utterly depressed, Zilla leaves out of lack of confidence and a broken spirit; his leave goes unnoticed at first by many monsters. Eventually, after three days numerous monsters have noticed Zilla's dissapearence and acknowledge why he left.
Another week goes by without a trace from Zilla, even with numerous search parties looking for him. Using this to his advantage Cyber Godzillla has been seperating Komodothrax and GTS Godzilla, claiming Komodothrax is "weak".
Things start to gett out of hand, with Cyber Godzilla's allies PEMC, Techno Sentient, Robo Yeti, Cyber Fly Swarm etc beginning to attack GTS Godzilla and Komodothrax mercilessly. When Komodothrax is beaten badly and about to be killed by Robo Yeti and the Cyber Fly Swarm, two colossi known as Leo and Cereberus arrive and protect the injured lizard. Most of the Cyber Fly Swarm is destroyed and Robo Yeti is injured badly, causing the two mechanical agitators to retreat. Godzilla speculates the only way to stop this conflict is to find Zilla and convince him to come back. Zilla is found by Godzilla himself and after much conversing, Zilla returns to the WMW.
In one last battle, the monsters of the WMW confront Cyber Godzilla and end his schemes once and for all. Here is my vision of the battle:

Zilla, Godzilla, Godzilla Junior, Minya, Anguirus, Rodan, King Caesar, Armor Mothra, Varan, King Kong, Mighty Joe Young vs. Cyber Godzilla, Robo Yeti, Cyber Fly Swarm, PEMC, Techno Sentient, Chameleon, DRAGMA, Skeetera, Shrewster, FW Gigan, Crackler and King Cobra. Well?
