Episode #24
AJ: New York city. The place many legendary behemoths terrorized the populace in the movies. From Rhedosaurus to Zilla and as far back as King Kong the city has played victim to monster attack.
Tim: And will again in the new movie, “Clover Field”.
AJ: Yes but before that the city will be our arena for a clash of live action versus animation!
[AJ turns his head to the left to find a man sitting in a chair scribbling away at paper in his clip board.]
?: Hmmmmm…..
AJ: Hey, Tim, who is this guy.
Tim: Some guy from the WMW TV broadcasting department come to rate us on our performance. Uhh… Mr…. Mr. Nichols I think.
?: You can just call me Emmitt.
[Tim only sits lazily, feet on desk.]
AJ: You think you could be a little more enthusiastic.
Tim: Why? I already know who’s going to win. Those cartoon monsters are going to fry their live action counterparts easy.
AJ (whispers): Because, he’s here to grade us.
Emmitt: You know I can hear you, right?
Tim: Just get the monsters out here already!
Starter Match: Live Action versus Animation

VS

Quetzalcoatl & GTS Godzilla Q & Zilla
>
AJ: The Quetzalcoatls clash in the air as the GINO’s go at it on the ground.
GTS Godzilla’s back spines flash briefly before a continuous stream of green fire escapes from between its jaws. The heated energy washes over Zilla, completely covering his form.
Tim: Zilla out already?
AJ: No. Bio-signs say he’s still alive. As GTS Godzilla continues pouring the flames onto that one spot Zilla’s snout surfaces next to his son’s ankle before biting his off-spring. Blood trickles down onto the street before Zilla pulls the leg out from under GTS Godzilla, bringing the mutated iguana to the ground.
GTS Quetzalcoatl opens her beak, freeing her own stream of green flames. Q flies out of the way, it’s the Empire State Building that takes the blow. A jet of flames collide into it, building enough pressure to shatter windows and setting the interior aflame. Quetzalcoatl engages in pursuit of Q, Q stays on the run, avoiding attacks and permitting buildings to meet with napalm balls rather than himself. Q rises before slowing down. Once Quetzalcoatl catches up with him Q wraps its serpentine tail around Quetzalcoatl’s neck. Quetzalcoatl is plucked out of flight and hung by Q’s tail, choking. Desperate to save his partner, GTS Godzilla huffs a ball of nuclear flame, blowing them both out of the air, but freeing Quetzalcoatl from Q’s death grip. Only second after saving his ally, GTS Godzilla is knocked back down as Zilla throws his weight at his son. GTS Godzilla quickly lifts his form from the ground. Zilla strikes again, using his hurricane breath to send an onslaught of cars and debris towards GTS Godzilla, including a gasoline truck which detonates on contact with GTS Godzilla in a dramatic explosion. From the blast GTS Godzilla is thrown to the ground before rolling backwards, his spines leaving grooves in the pavement. GTS Godzilla lies vainly attempts to lift his head off the ground, but it quickly returns to its previous position. GTS Godzilla, still conscious, helplessly looks up at Zilla. Zilla, perhaps not having the cruel nature required to strike down another member of his family, stares back before he finally decides to trot away towards Quetzalcoatl.
The two Q’s had taken back to the air and where already trying to dice each other into sushi when Zilla spotted the two. Q is stuck with a hard choice, try and kill Quetzalcoatl with a physical attack, or not risk getting burned but in return have no chance of winning. Q knew it had to come up with a plan. Q quickly makes a turn backwards and tries to bite Quetzalcoatl’s neck, but is instead sent to the ground by a napalm ball. Q soon finds himself on his back. Before he can get back to the air Quetzalcoatl comes down on him, dipping the talons of her feet into his skew. Q arks its serpentine neck in order to bite into Quetzalcoatl’s leg, just above the knee. Quetzalcoatl rakes a clawed wing across Q’s neck, leaving a deep gash into his neck. Before Q has the chance to die of blood loss Quetzalcoatl takes to the air and incinerates Q with her napalm breath. Before she knows what hit her, Quetzalcoatl is sent through a building from a body slam from Zilla. Quetzalcoatl flies up to her feet before spreading her beak, allowing a blazing napalm ball to launch at him. The agile Zilla easily evades the projectile, which instead devastates a nearby highway intersection. Zilla comes speading through the city terrain at Quetzalcoatl, but the flying reptile quickly returns to the sky and leave Zilla behind. Zilla bites into a building, ripping free a massive hunk of steel and concrete. With a flick of the neck the building materials are sent sailing through the air, and either by skill or luck, beam GTSQ right in the head. Quetzalcoatl falls to the ground, sending out tremors as her fifty-five meter form crashes to the pavement. Zilla rushes like a cat to a play to, talons bared. Q quickly rises from the ground and repels ZIlla with pecks to the chest, leaving puncture wounds on Zilla's chest and blood on her beak. Zilla swipes its claws towards Q but with a flap of her wings Quetzalcoatl propels herself back from the attack. She then launches a stream of napalm, sending Zilla into retreat. Zilla takes off, behind a row of buildings. It soon becomes evident that the iguana is circling her as a blur that is Zilla's form is seen passing behind the structures from the gaps between each building. Q spits her napalm each time she sights Zilla but only succeeds in causing property damage. After a while Zilla is out of sight completely. Quetzalcoatl is nervous. She begins to ascend when Zilla's head surfaces from underground and bites into her clawed foot. Quetzalcoatl cries in pain as Zilla drags her into an under ground burrow. Blood, feather shaped scales and the dying cries of Quetzalcoatl soon rise from a mammoth pit in the arena. Minutes later Zilla rises out of the dirt, roaring in victory.
Tim: Unbeleivable! Zilla won! Zilla beat Quetzalcoatl! But GTS Godzilla is back up and on the prowel! Zilla doesn't have a chance against him!
AJ: Wait and see.
Ah! GTS Godzilla has already located his father. GTS Godzilla's dorsal spines flash before he rains torrents of green flame originating from his gaping maw. Zilla narrowly side-steps before throwing GTS Godzilla off balance with his hurricane breath with throws flames from Q's napalm up into GTS Godzilla's face. GTS Godzilla sets off a distress call has he stumbles back, shaking the flames off. Zilla uses his tail like a golf club, propeling a car through the air with a tail whip. The car collides into GTS's chest, leaving openings in his stance as he staggers backwards. Zilla rushes forward, ready to beat GTS Godzilla with his tail. Things go in the opposite way as Zilla planned when a whip-like appendage slaps him across the face instead, knocking various teeth out. GTS Godzilla is back on the attack, cutting into Zilla's left arm with his claws. Zilla backs away from GTS Godzilla, the process is excelerated when GTS Godzilla launches Zilla backwards with a fire blast to the gut. Some how Zilla stays on his feet, but his stomach is badly burned. GTS Godzilla sends another fire assault. This time Zilla ducks down beneath it, before charging forward, head butting GTS Godzilla in the gut, sending him sliding across the pavement on his back. GTS Godzilla tries to get back up but Zilla literally jumps on top of him. GTS Godzilla charges nuclear energy. Before he has a chance to discharge his thermonuclear breath, Zilla's hand comes down on his neck and pushes his head down to the pavement. Godzilla's attack is turned into a stray shot as Zilla pins...1...2...3! There you have it! Zilla single-handedly took down both, Quetzalcoatl and GTS Godzilla.
Tim: Unbelievable! More unbelievable than Varan! Man I did not see that coming!
AJ: He is a four-star monster ya’ know!
Emmitt: Not bad AJ. But, Tim, you hardly narrated through that last match. Try to improve.
Tim: I had better not have to put up with this guy through the rest of the season. Anyway. Our next match is between “Team Zilla”’s Chameleon and Komodothrax versus “Team Aqua-Terror” with the Giant Snapping Turtle and Cryptocleidus. For this match the arena becomes Loch Ness of Scotland.
"Team Zilla" versus "Team Aqua-Terror"

VS

Chameleon & Komodothrax Cryptocleidus & Giant Turtle
Giant Turtle (GT fir short) pokes his head out of the water, but quickly ducks back down as he spots Komodothrax’s breath weapon coming straight at him from the shore-side forest. The spout of radioactive flames impacts only water, summoning a cloud of steam from the surface.
Cryptocleidus waddles onto land further along the shoreline. As it waddles the landscape suddenly lashes out at it, as the invisible Chameleon swipes at him. Cryptocleidus pulls its head and neck away of the attack before it locks its jaws down on Chameleon’s shoulder. It then, violently tosses Chameleon to the ground. Chameleon suddenly kicks out, striking the plesiosaur in the chest and propelling it back into the lake.
The Giant Turtle finally makes its way ashore, taking flame blasts to the shell with no problem. Giant Turtle goes in to bite Komodothrax. The maternal monster throws a swing but misses when GT reels his head back in to his shell. The turtle then swings its clubbed tail at the mutated reptile, who avoids the attack easily. Komodothrax tries to jump onto its shell, but GT steps forward at the last minute. Komodothrax still behind him, GT sends her to the ground with a clubbed tail to the side. Komodothrax, in anger begins to bombard the tortoise with her flame breath, but the turtle submerges himself into his spiked shell. Komodothrax tries to lift the turtle but its weight is far too immense for her. GT’s back leg shoots out of the shell, kicking Komodothrax in the hip, knocking her backwards. The turtle’s tail then hooks around her leg, and pulls, bringing her to the ground. With that Giant Turtle crawls on top of her, pinning her beneath its enormous form. Komodothrax looks up and blasts GT right in the face with a flame blast. GT is thrown backwards, his face scarred. Fearful of another attack like that the turtle withdraws back into its shell as it begins to burry itself.
AJ: As she makes a fruitless effort to get through the Giant Turtle’s armor, Cryptocleidus has returned ashore. Reared up on his hind flippers, and his fore-claws bared, Cryptocleidus surges toward Chameleon but is thrown back into the water from a tail whip. Cryptocleidus shakes off the attack, but Chameleon is gone again. The plesiosaur continues forward when Chameleon is revealed to be right beside him. The Godzilla-mimic thrusts a clawed hand forward. Cryptocleidus quickly brings jaws down on the things arm and throws it to the ground again, sending earth and trees flying skyward. Chameleon quickly lashes out with its hind legs, cutting into Cryptocleidus’s chest with the claws of its feet. Cryptocleidus bites into its ankle as it tries and pull the limb back and throws Chameleon into the water. With astounding grace Cryptocleidus dives down into the water in pursuit. Chameleon uses its tail like an oar as it speeds through the water with serpentine ease. Cryptocleidus evenly matches the Chameleon’s maneuverability underwater.
On the shore Komodothrax gets upset and jumps onto Giant Turtle’s shell. When Komodothrax’s hand passes in front of GT’s face the turtle pokes its head out of its shell and bites down on Komodothrax’s wrist. Komodothrax’s struggling causes the two to roll over, crushing Komodothrax beneath its shell and the ground for a brief moment, but doing enough to crack a few ribs. When Komodothrax gets off her back she finds Giant Turtle stuck on his. The giant monitor lizard then mercilessly fries the turtle’s sensitive underbelly, temporarily ending the turtle’s life.
Suddenly Cryptocleidus waddles ashore. Before Komodothrax can react, Cryptocleidus bites her in the arm and throws her onto the surfacing Chameleon.
Komodothrax, unwilling to continue the match with the agony of a broken rib, taps out.
It’s all down to Chameleon and Cryptocleidus.
Chameleon leaps at Cryptocleidus, who body slams the monster backwards as he approaches. Chameleon, enraged, comes at Cryptocleidus, its weird mouth hung open. Cryptocleidus tries to fight back with its fore-limbs but instead has its left hand chewed off by Chameleon. Cryptocleidus roars in agony, before quickly thrusting its claws forward, dicing enormous holes into Chameleon’s dewlap. Chameleon backs away in pain, shrieking. It then flips its body around, swatting Cryptocleidus across the face. When Chameleon turns to face Cryptocleidus the plesiosaur’s teeth Chameleon’s tough hide defends it from the teeth, only to have Cryptocleidus bring its full weight down on him. Cryptocleidus ignores the claws dipping into his skin and pins….1...2...3!
Tim: That was boring! Let’s get on with the main event! Dinosaurs versus Apes! Again!
Apes versus Dinosaurs (Again)

VS

King Kong, Kong Jr. & Mighty Joe Young T-rex, Spinosaurus & Gwangi
Emmitt: Skull Island? That’s the location you chose?
Tim: What’s wrong with it?
Emmitt: It’s not exactly original…
AJ: Too bad! The monsters are already in the arena and ready to tear each other apart!
Tim: T-Rex stomps through the jungle terrain in search of his foe. He knows he’s found what he’s looking for when a blur of white comes rushing at him. The great carnosaur’s jaws widen before he is struck across the face from an ape fist. Kong Jr., his attacker, then leaps onto him and tries to pry his jaws apart. Rather than allow his foe to break his jaws, T-Rex rolls, putting himself on top of Kong Junior. The bipedal reptile pins Kong Jr. beneath a three-clawed foot and the count begins…1...2... Suddenly T-Rex is thrown to the ground with a shoulder slam to the side. Kong Jr. was helped up, back to his feet by a familiar face, King Kong himself! His attention is called back to T-Rex from a war cry before the great lizard comes charging back towards him. Kong quickly reaches out, grabbing T-Rex by the neck before Kong tossed him through a tree. Suddenly, Kong finds himself in agonizing pain. He looks back to find a pair of crocodile-like jaws stuck in his arm. Kong Jr. assists his partner with a series of blows to the Spinosaur’s side, forcing the monster to release its grip.
Meanwhile Gwangi has found Mighty Joe Young. Joe throws a punch at Gwangi which the dinosaur catches in his jaws. Joe frees himself with a blow to Gwangi’s gut. Air and Joe’s hand are blown out of his mouth as the allosaur winces back. Gwangi snarls before pounding the ground with his tail, throwing a spray of dirt into Joe’s eyes. Joe roars in pain. As he stumbles, back, hand over eyes, Gwangi leaps onto the blinded monkey. After successfully bringing Joe to the ground the allosaur tries to finish it by biting into the ape’s neck. However, Joe manages to repel the dino with a punch to the face.
Meanwhile T-Rex and Spinosaurus are thrown to the ground from the combined effort of Kong and Kong Jr. The dinosaurs struggle to get up with their tiny arms. T-Rex gets back up only to be punched back to the ground. Spinosaur runs past Kong, using his claws to cut into the ape’s arm as he passes. Spinosaur continues to dash right into Kong Jr., tackling the infant to the ground. Kong begins to follow Spinosaurus when a set of teeth are brought down onto his back. Kong only uses this to his advantage, and flips the Rex over his shoulder. Having thrown the T-Rex to the ground, Kong jumps onto his back and begins to try for his jaw-break finisher. T-Rex pulls himself free of Kong’s grip, before biting into Kong’s arm again. Kong howls in rage as he violently beats T-Rex’s face with his fists. T-Rex only tightens his grip and begins to shake the limb.
Gwangi is back up and ready to take on Joe. Joe comes at Gwangi hand balled into a fist. Joe is on Gwangi so fast the allosaur barely knows what hits him. The ape throws the monster backwards with a trio of punches to the face. Blood drops from Gwangi’s jaws as the creature falls to its back. As it falls it manages to deal a blow to Joe’s gut with a clawed leg. Joe lifts hand to wound. As he pulls his arm back he finds his palm died red. The angry Joe picks up a log and readies to bring it down on the downed Gwangi’s skull. Things down go as planned. When Joe lifts the log above his head, the claws of Gwangi’s feet dive into his gut. Then, Joe falls to his back. As he lies there, Gwangi gets back to his feet and advances towards him. Suddenly Joe jumps off the ground at Gwangi. The ape grabs Gwangi by the neck as he bits into the dino’s shoulder and neck. Gwangi fights back, using the claws of his forelimbs to carve up Joe’s chest and his jaws to bite into Joe’s neck. Gwangi kills Joe, although mortally wounded himself.
Tim: The battle between the dinosaurs and apes still wages on! Spino charges Kong, who grabs him by the neck, turns him around and tosses him at the close behind T-Rex.
T-Rex: This isn’t working!
Spino: Ya’ think!? So what’s the plan?
Tim: Instead of answering his ally, T-Rex takes off. The tyrannosaur throws his head back and roars. T-Rex dashes past the apes and into the dense jungle.
Spinosaurus: Great plan.
Tim: Kong, being the rival of T-Rex follows his foe. Seeing his opening, Spinosaurus jumps Kong Jr. The infant Megaprimatus kong forces the spinosaurus’s jaws away with a punch to the face, but the claws of the spinosaur tear deep into Kong Jr’s chest. Kong Jr. roars in agony as he desperately pounds the dinosaur’s shoulder. Spinosaurus only ends the creatures struggle with a powerful bite to the neck.
T-Rex’s jog ends as he finds himself cornered between Kong and a 1000 ft. drop. (They’re their natural sizes because there was no need for standardization.) T-Rex charges Kong boldly, rather than limit himself to fighting on the edge of a cliff. Kong only holds the Rex back before bringing clenched fist down on the reptile’s skull. T-Rex backs away, shaking his head as a bird does when disorientated. Kong chuckles at the creature and punches it across the face. T-Rex comes out of his daze and tries to retreat, but doesn’t get far when Kong grabs him by the tail and yanks him back. After punching him in the hip, Kong is somewhat surprised when T-Rex turns his body around and bites Kong in the arm. Apparently Spinosaur has finished eating Kong Jr. and is creeping up behind Kong. T-Rex releases his grip and backs away to the ledge. Kong throws his arms into the air, T-Rex side-steps and Spinoasaurus head-butts Kong in the back, propelling him over the ledge.
AJ: Well Joe’s got his insides messed up, Kong’s at the bottom of a huge drop and Kong Jr. is packed away in Spino’s stomach so I guess dinosaurs rule!
Dinosaurs rule!
Tim: Now we have a short bonus match planned for you viewers tonight. Gojira Junior versus the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man.
Tim: The Marshmallow Man comes walking down the mountainous landscape towards Gojira Junior awaiting him at the other side. The Marshmallow Man kicks a large cluster of trees and rocks towards the son of the King of Monsters, but the projectiles only break against Gojira Junior’s armored hide. Gojira Junior rolls his eyes before he melts the Marshmallow Man into a red, scorched puddle.
Emmitt: That wasn’t very entertaining.
Tim: Hey, I said it was short! But wait! Baltan, Zetton and Mephilas all appear in the arena. Zetton provides cover, filling the arena with red smoke from his energy ball attack as Mephilas and Baltan fire their beam weapons from their perch on the tops of mountains. A blue nuclear heat ray from Gojira Junior sends Mephilas rolling down the mountain side. Baltan, being the space ninja he is, leaps high into the air, prepairing to bring a heavy claw down on Gojira Junior’s cranium. GJ side-steps and Baltan instead brings his claw down onto the ground, raising a cloud of dust. As Baltan retakes an erect stance, his face is met with a reptilian fist. Baltan is thrown to the ground before a yellow beam of energy rocks Gojira Junior to the ground. [Suddenly a beam of white light comes out of no-where and strikes the ground. Following the beam, the ground begins to rupture. From underground a strange monster emerges. It looks similar to Bagan, but it’s covered in grey, armored, scales.]
AJ: That’s impossible! Shadow Bagan was destroyed! There was nothing left! We all saw it!
[By this time Gojira Junior had returned to his feet and now roared at the strange, never before seen, beast.]
Tim: Whatever it is, its roar is identical to Bagan’s. Godzilla Junior’s back surges with radioactive energy. Only seconds later a discharge of nuclear energy escaped Gojira Junior’s maw. This Bagan Clone only leans forward, allowing the beam to strike his back. The energy only reflects off of the monster’s scales, redirecting the breath weapon skyward. Once the discharge comes to a halt, the beast lifts its head, bringing Godzilla Junior in view before the clone launches its own energy attack. A beam of silver energy flies free of the Bagan clone’s tooth-lined jaws. The end of the ray collides with Gojira Junior’s chest. Aside from sparks flying from Gojira Junior’s chest he doesn’t seem all that hurt.
AJ: A blur just speeded behind Gojira Junior. What do you think? Megaguirus?
[As the weird monster slides to a stop behind Gojira Junior it is revealed as a creature that has the same, tri-horns as Bagan, but its body isn’t as well armored.]
Tim: It seems to be another Bagan clone. The high-speed creature locks its arms around Gojira Junior as Baltan, Mephilas, Zetton, and the other clone unleash a merciless onslaught of energy attacks. After a while the strange new monsters are called back by the same beam of light that brought them here.
Mephilas: We have greatly injured your Gojira Junior as a field test for Armor Bagan and Hyper Bagan. Consider this a warning… The Baltan army are back in full force and we are preparing to mass produce these super-beasts! There are more of us than you know!!!
AJ: And I thought Mephilas didn’t believe in violence.
Emmitt: That wasn’t very entertaining either.
Tim: Would you give it a rest already!?! We’re facing a crisis!
AJ: Ready?
Tim: Ready!
[AJ pushes Emmitt’s chair over as Tim presses a button, opening a trap door set behind the WMW official, allowing him to fall into a pit.]
Emmitt: What’s the meaning of this?
Tim: Relax. I’m just making sure you’re quiet as we welcome our guest announcer, AB3K.
[A heavy metal lid drops onto the sound-proof room Emmitt is now in.]
AJ: We should’ve thought of this earlier.
Tim: Take it away, AB3K!
Announcer Bot 3000:This match will take place in the Egyptian area. Zilla has teleported near the sphinx, which is across the two pyramids. Irys flies and lands in between the two pyramids. Irys makes a roar at Zilla, which the godzilla rip-off acknowledges the Gyaos mutation. Zilla charges towards Irys. Irys fires his sonic cutter beams out of their metallic tips. Those sonic cutter beams race towards Zilla but Zilla dodges those beams by making a big leap over it. Zilla is flying towards Irys. Zilla headbutts Irys before landing right in front of the mutated Gyaos. Zilla punches Irys in the chest repeatedly, swings his tail around to slam it against Irys in the mid-section, causing the opponent to stumble back a couple of steps. Zilla gnaws at Irys's organic part of the arm like a savage house dog. Irys was about to use his other blade arm to impale Zilla's head but Zilla saw it and jumped back a few meters away from the mutation Gyaos. Wow, Zilla is becoming a challenge for Irys to kill. Zilla's survival is starting to irritate Irys. Irys raises his tendrils to fire his sonic cutter beams again. Zilla hides behind a pyramid for cover, but it is cut short since Irys's cutter beam slice the stone pryamid diagonally, having the top half slide down to the ground and collapse, revealing Zilla. Zilla faces Irys. Irys fires a couple of sonic cutter beams towards Zilla. Zilla leaped high into the air, dodging them, hitting sand and raising a cloud of sand to the air. Irys raises his tendrils, plus memranes connected in between the tendrils, into the air, making the mutation Gyaos airborne. As Zilla was about to descend to the ground, Irys impales Zilla's head with his right blade arm, skewering Godzilla rip-off's brain, plus skull, killing the lizard. The blood trickles out of the impaled head and through the blade arm, then the blood drips into the sand area under Irys and Zilla. Irys dislodges Zilla's head out of Irys's right blade arm, having the atomic lizard to fall down into the sand, making a big thud and sand to rise up into a cloud. Zilla's head is in his own pool of blood. Irys roars out in success and victory over his opponent. Irys flies his way back to Monster Island.
