Exchange Club is an all-volunteer, national service organization for men and women who want to serve their community, develop leadership skills, and enjoy new friendships.  The Waverly Exchange Club was chartered in 1984 and currently has approximately 35 members.  The National Exchange Club is made up of over 900 clubs and 30,000 members throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.  The National Exchange Club motto is "To Build a Better America."

The club meets on Thursday mornings at 7:00am in the Saemann Student Center on the campus of Wartburg College.  Each meeting consists of breakfast, short business meeting, and a speaker from the community/area.

Waverly Exchange Club sponsors two fundraisers during the year, with all proceeds donated to local agencies dedicated to eliminating child abuse and helping families/children.  Each year over $10,000 is donated back to the community.

The Waverly Exchange Club is dedicated to BUILDING A BETTER AMERICA through service to our country, our community, and each other.
