Looking West into Superior, Montana and the Clark Fork River. I live way back up and to the left of the Clark Fork river... you can see the partly thinned area on the mountain back up and to the left.. I live at the bottom edge of the thinning. {Taken with my Samsung Digimax L60}

Well, yes, he is sort of tame, but just don't startle him, or maybe its a her? Actually skunks are like black bears... they eat anything and clean up all the bird seed on the ground, grubs, etc, etc. This skunk is friendly and seldom raises its tail. In this picture the skunk is cleaning up bird seed on that stump. You can tell the skunk is use to its picture being taken, and me being close to it. I'm standing about 8 feet away and the little bugger is as mellow as we hope he'll always stay. {Taken with the L60}

Whitey sitting on a skinned Douglas Fir log across from the front door... wondering when I'm going to let him in the cabin. "Hey, my feet are freezin' sittin' on this log," Whitey is thinking while trying to look cold. {Taken with the L60 with a 3x zoom setting}
