UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The United Tamers of Britannia is a guild based upon Honor and Truth. Being such, we expect our members to act according to those principles.

UTB Code of Conduct

1. No member will bring dishonor to the guild or its members.
2. No member will cheat or steal from another member or the guild.
3. No member will kill another member out of malice or spite. The only exception is if the other member agrees to a Duel.
4. During guild hunts and events (when in party), all loot and gold will be divided evenly.
5. No member will deliberately deceive or lie to the guild under any circumstances.
6. No member will verbally abuse or attack another player, including outside of the realm of Sosaria. This includes phone calls, email, or postal mail.
7. Members will live by the Virtues set forth by the Gods. Compassion, Honesty, Sacrifice, Humility, Justice, etc.

The code is one of common sense rules. Please obey the "Golden Rule" at all times. Treat others as thou would wish to be treated.
We politely ask that you do not duel or spar in public areas, such as the Skara Brae stables. In the past, this action has been known to scare off potential members. This does not apply to alternate chars in the alliance. Only to UTB members.
Heirarchy United Tamers of Britannia, Chesapeake has a simple hierarchy. 1. Guild leader 2. Leadership Council (Emmissaries) 3. Members 4. Recruits or newly accepted members.
While there is a hierarchy, no member is any better than the next. The Leadership Council and the Guild Leader are just members with more responsibility.

Violations of Conduct If a problem arises, the Guild leader and the Leadership Council will decide punishment, if necessary. The Council is fair and impartial in all decisions. If one of the Council has been directly affected and may not remain impartial, they will remove themselves from the proceedings. If there is any concern in regards to bias, please see the Guild leader or one of the Council.
A request The most simple request and one of the goals that we ask all members to abide by, is you continue to work your taming skill. As we are a taming guild, this only makes sense. There is no set rate at which you must work your skill, just a simple request that you do continue to work the skill.
