Three years after Fighting What Doesn't Exist , the campaign against the fake enemy world Dox coined OPPERATION ENDURING OCCUPATION has not been going as planed. The people have become agitated and bored rather than being a fearful apathetic nation. The Emperor is unpopular the people are starting to think.
