Workshop Objectives:

Build
positive relationships with peers
and students. 2.
Establish a peaceable positive learning environment in class. 3.
Learn about anger escalators and reducers. 4.
Learn how to resolve conflicts. 5.
Learn about communication blockers and know how to run caring and
effective conversations.

Training Methodology This workshop
is conducted in a highly interactive format, incorporating
participant-centered learning activities such as pair and group
projects, case studies, self-assessment exercises and group discussions.
The participants' workbook is a resource guide that includes learning
objectives, exercises and handouts. Participants have one opportunity to
deliver a presentation/project at the end of the workshop for
assessment.
