Permanent
Smethurst Recruitment Services guarantees its recruitment services for 3 months from the date of commencement of employment. If a replacement for the original employee is required during this period, we will find a replacement free of charge.
Temporary
If a temporary employee fails to perform to the satisfaction of the client, Smethurst Recruitment will refund fees for the non-productive period or the first 4 hours of an assignment.
