His Grace the Chosen Vessel of God
Elder Fred E. Jones, Jr is the Founder & Presiding Senior Elder of Pentecostal Fire Outreach Youth Ministries Inc. Also he is the Founder & Pastor of The Remnant Outreach Revival Center in Roanoke, Viriginia. He is the proud son of Elder Fred E. Jones Sr, & Pastor Nancy B. Jones and is the youngest of five children, Lisa, Michelle, Nicole, and Timothy. He is the proud uncle of Christian T. Smith, the Godfather of Josiah Thomas Wellington Ross. He is also bless to have two children that he has calls his own Jaeden, and Ciara which has brought joy to his life since he loves kids!
On November 11, 1982 body of Christ received a gift from God when Elder Fred E. Jones Jr was born. Therefore, it was by Divine appointment that he followed in the footsteps of his mother, Pastor Nancy Jones, when he acknowledged his call into ministry at the age of 11 years old. Where he started preaching at Rehoboth Outreach Ministries Bible Way World Wide, undership of then Elder James Carter now Bishop James Carter. Although he was raised under an extremely strict Pentecostal Apostolic traditional system, he somehow escaped the limitations of tradition to widen his spiritual mind as well as his walk, to reach people of varied backgrounds and cultures. Living in a house of five children is was hard sometimes to keep peace in the house "If I could reconcile and keep peace among us, I can reconcile the Church through the power of God."
He held many positions such as Watch Care Elder at True Church House of Prayer to All Nations Inc under the pastoral ship of Bishop I. W. Woods, and Outreach Evangelist of City of Refuge T.P.C. As he continues to preach under the anointing of the Holy Ghost, he desires that countless souls be saved and set free. Elder Jones has spent all of his life in the church since that was where he was all the time. He would go to church and always sit in the first row playing the bongos or drums. He accepted Christ in Feb of 1992 baptized in the same month, and filled with the Holy Ghost as well. Years would go by and he became a better musician, and was playing for different churches in the valley. He is very anointed on the Organ, keyboard, drums, bass guitar, and songwriter.
He has served at many churches such as True Praise & Worship I.M. under Presiding Bishop Allen E. Davis , and City if Refuge T.P.C. under Pastor Nancy B. Jones. Where he has served as Minister of Music, and Preacher.
Also Elder Jones is blessed to have a spiritual Father and a Spiritual Mother in Christ. Which they are Bishop Allen E. Davis Sr and Bishop Majorie L. Holt. "If it wasn't for the hard teachings of these two people I would have not grown to what I have become today" Evangelist Jones says. Plus with his own mother Pastor Jones, has raised him to as a Godly young man. To live a Holy life that is pleasing unto God. Elder Jones also has a spiritual Brother in Christ, which, with a iron hand has lead him in his walk with Christ. Not only as a man but a preacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. That man is Elder Art Brown Jr which pastor's Grace & Mercy Apostolic Temple. Elder Jones with these great people in his life was bound to be something powerful in the kingdom of God.
God has blessed him to go on the road ministering in music or in the word. In may of 2002 the Lord lead him to start a youth ministry for a 9/11 age. When the Lord spoke to him concerning this, he started Pentecostal Fire Outreach Youth Ministries Inc; and he was promoted to the Office of Presiding Elder. In the time that this ministry has been in service, people have been changed by the powerful message that been preached. He has been blessed to travel many places in his young life to minister in music and the word. Now God has lifted him to new level of anointing in his life.
Elder Jones' ministry uniquely promotes reconciliation, redemption, and restoration, which definitely cross-denominational and social lines. His God given anointing to preach and teach from a psychological-theological platform opposed to arguing philosophical-theological church issues have strengthened. Pentecostal Fire is just an extension of how God allowed him to minister and encouraged the faith of people across the eastern seaboard.
Elder Jones has traveled to many places to preach as well as play for the glory of God, and many people lives has been change by the anointing that he carries with him. He has been gifted with the gift of the spirit that has brought joy, peace, restoration, conformation, and wisdom to those who hears the word of the lord. This young man has been regarded as a “Wise Man of the Word” which he takes great pride of, being as young as he is.
He is married to Elect-Lady Lakiesha M. Jones which is a powerful woman of God. They were join together on July 15, 2005 in Greenville, South Carolina. God has truly blessed these two and will be looking forward to having their first child here very soon. Since these two has join together there will be a greater move in pfyom because as the word says in Proverbs 18:22-22 A man who finds a wife finds a good thing
and obtains favor from the Lord. So the blessing of the Lord will just flow down into PFYOM for the empowerment of this great body of believer's.
Just recently he was invited to be apart of a National Synergistic Ecumenical Fraternal Fellowship called "Kingdom Covenant Ministries" under the leadership of President Elder Lamar Turner which he sits on the 12 member General Board of Director's. These our 12 of the most renouned young preacher's in the U.S.A. Which he is honored to be apart of for the building of the kingdom of Heaven.
God has brought this young man from a mighty long way, and has shown that in the mist of facing his mountains he has overcame life's difficulties. Which has made him more powerful in his walk with God, his ministry, and his goals in life. Truly this is a man for a 9/11 age God has bless the body of Christ with Elder Fred E. Jones Jr. A dynamic Man of God!
