Life has taken on a new meaning to me. Last night i was driving from Warrington to Widnes and a nearby car swerved across the road. It had lost control and missed my car by inches, hit the wall and toppled over. It was pure luck that it never hit me or my mum who was in the car.
It made me think how a pretty normal thing can become a life threataning situation. I bet the woman who was driving the car thought that she was just going out to get some shopping or visit a relative, but she and her baby nearly died.
I suppose the whole experience has made me a lot more conscious of the risks in day to day life.

Today school ended for me. Two weeks in work experience and one and a half weeks in lourdes are coming up. I am really looking forward to escaping the constant pressure and stress that school brings. But anywho, Nico has some form of viral infection. I hope you get better nico!
The past weeks i have been re-learning HTML to do some more work on this site. At the moment the site is really basic, but i plan to do some more work on it.
Well. I gotta go eat and later go to a social night. So keep on trucking and i will do some more work soon

Well, for the first time, i am writing to my blog. I guess i had better write a bit about me. My name is Matthew. I live in widnes and i have been attending ReAct for about 1 month now. I have always wanted to work in journalism and be creative so working with ReAct is a dream come true. I saw an advert for it in Feedback magazine. I called the number and for the last month I have been making websites and planning radio shows. The great thing about ReAct is that everybody gets along. Nico and Dave are quite possibly the nicest people you could possibly meet. I really look forward to doing more stuff with them in the future.
