Cruncher pulls Pain back to his feet, and he sees Primetime Punisher, who has stepped onto the ramp! PTP is out here taunting Cruncher! Cruncher glares out at PTP, before turning his focus back to Paul Pain. Cruncher whips Pain into the corner and Pain crashes into the buckles with serious force! Cruncher charges and connects with a leaping forearm to Pain, which rocks the big man! Cruncher backs away one more time, Cruncher charges and Pain throws Cruncher in the air and he lands on the top rope! What agility from the crafty old hand! Pain stumbles out of the corner, Cruncher leaps going for the hurricanrana, he tries swinging through, but Pain holds on! Pain pulls Cruncher back up, and Cruncher starts driving his right hand into the skull of Pain! Pain stumbles around and finally drives Cruncher to the mat with the powerbomb! Pain folds Cruncher up, and he grabs the ropes! The referee doesn't see it! 1 ........ 2 ........ 3!!
(Footage of later in the night is shown, and a voice over of Chris Cash is heard)
(Chris Cash) Per the order of PWR Director of Authority Synyster, next week on Full Throttle, it will be Primetime Punisher making his PWR debut against Cruncher, in the confines of a 15 foot high STEEL CAGE!!
MJM makes her way down the ramp, wait a minute! Here comes PTP!! PTP has a chair in hand, and he drills MJM in the back! That was uncalled for!! MJM falls to the concrete, and PTP isn't done! PTP drops the chair, and he pulls MJM back to her feet. PTP hooks MJM, DDT on the steel chair! Good lord! PTP has just made his presence known to the World Champion! MJM turns over, and she's been busted wide open! The champion is a bloody mess! PTP walks over and grabs the PWR World Title off the ground and walks back to MJM and stands over her. PTP raises the title high, before bending down into MJM's face and mouthing the words, "This is mine, bitch!"
(The video recap ends and the PWR Full Throttle opening plays, then the camera switches to inside the U.S. Cellular Arena for a wide angle shot, showing the red and yellow pyrotechnics shooting off near the staging area. The camera switches to the swinging camera, showing the capacity crowd in attendance. The camera cuts to some of the fans, showing off some of the always flamboyant signage. As the smoke clears, the camera focuses on the ringside table, and the voice of the PWR, Chris Cash)
(Chris Cash) Good evening wrestling fans and welcome to the home of the Da Crusher, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and welcome to PWR Full Throttle! We're coming to you live from the U.S. Cellular Arena, and we are just under two weeks away from the PPV spectacular Summer Sanitarium, and tonight that card will take shape! We've got five big matches on the card tonight, including a match to decide who will face the United States Champion, Mavick at the upcoming pay-per-view! Five men will compete for that opportunity coming up very shortly. The new tag team on the scene, the Death Dealers will take on the men who just missed out on the Tag Team gold in the tournament final, Jericho Kane and Marcus K. Yelder! We'll preview the Pure Title match in a fatal four way matchup, as Flash takes on Pure Champion Duncan McCloud, Scott Kage and Zanyon. The Rated R Title will be on the line as Shane Meadows defends the title against Blayde, and fans, words can't describe our main event here tonight. We recapped it in the open, it's PTP making his PWR debut against the former World Heavyweight Champion, Cruncher. It's going to be a great night, so let's get to the ring for our opening contest!
Five Way #1 Contender's Match to the US Title at Summer Sanitarium
Anthony Montez vs Tupac Shakur vs "The New Religion" Shane Donovan vs Paul Pain vs Skullman
(Austin Hart) Ladies and gentlemen, our next contest is scheduled for one fall and is for the number one contendership to the PWR United States Championship.
(Crowd pops)
(Austin Hart) First, from Beersville, Pennsylvania, weighing in at 240 pounds, here is "The Future" Anthony Montez!
(Crowd boos)
(Austin Hart) Next, from Marin, California, weighing in at 195 pounds, here is "The Boss Of All Bosses" Tupac Shakur!
(Crowd cheers)
(Austin Hart) From Greenwich, Connecticut, weighing in at 225 pounds, here is Skullman!
(Crowd continues to cheer)
(Austin Hart) From Oak Harbor, Ohio, weighing in at 311 pounds, here is Paul Pain!
(Crowd gives Pain a mixed reaction)
(Austin Hart) Lastly, from Oakland, California, weighing in at 287 pounds, here is "The New Religion" Shane Donovan!
(Crowd cheers)
(Chris Cash) Very even match-up here as we have the perfect balance of speed, strength, and ring savvy. This should be a great way to kick off Full Throttle.
The referee looks around and starts to admonish all of the superstars, asking for two men to start off the match. Anthony Montez is the first to leave the ring, followed quickly by Skullman. Paul Pain looks at Donovan and nods before exiting the ring, leaving only Tupac Shakur and Shane Donovan to start off the match.
(Chris Cash) What a way to start off. Speed vs. might as all 190+ pounds of Tupac looks to put a dent in the near 300 pound physique of Shane Donovan. This should be fun to watch.
The referee looks around and sees that both men are ready; the official calls for the bell and the match is underway! Tupac starts to circle around the ring, trying to get Shane disoriented. Shane keeps turning his body to keep an eye out on Tupac. Tupac moves in and goes for the first strike with a collar and elbow tie-up. Shane muscles Tupac over quickly by shoving him across the ring. Tupac bounces up off the mat and charges after Donovan. Donovan sidesteps Tupac and sends him off the ropes. Tupac hits the ropes and heads back for Donovan. Tupac leaps in the air for a cross body block but Donovan catches him like a feather and tosses him up to his shoulder in a powerslam grip. Tupac starts kicking his feet and slides down from Donovan's grasp. Tupac spins Donovan around and dropkicks him in the knee, sending him down to a kneeling position. Tupac hits the ropes and charges back at Donovan. Tupac comes at Donovan with a leg lariat but Donovan catches him like a baby and then tosses him in the air. Tupac is lofting in the air but then gets brought down by a spear from Donovan. Tupac is holding his ribs as Donovan is making the cover, 1……2……kickout by Tupac. Donovan rolls off of Tupac and starts to pull him up to a vertical base. Donovan hoists Tupac in the air for a suplex and then drops him square on the top of the head with a brainbuster DDT! Tupac rolls out of the ring while Donovan looks around the arena with his arms open, gloating at what he did to Tupac. Shane turns around and sees Anthony Montez springboard off the top rope. Donovan ducks and Montez flips over, pulling Donovan down with a springboard sunset flip. The referee counts, 1......2......kickout by Donovan! Anthony stands up and runs off the ropes. Donovan gets back up to his feet and catches Montez. Donovan goes for a tilt-a-whirl slam but Anthony reverses it into a satellite head scissors! Tupac is back on the apron while Donovan goes down again and Montez makes another fast cover, 1......2......kickout again by Donovan! Montez stands up again and runs off the ropes. Donovan rolls over on his stomach and Montez runs over; Montez hits the other ropes and Donovan pops up. Montez goes for a clothesline but Donovan sidesteps him and tosses him over the top rope. Donovan walks around again, proud of his accomplishments but Anthony lands on his feet on the apron. Donovan turns around and Montez springs off the top rope again. Donovan has no time to react before Montez dropkicks Donovan outside of the ring. Montez stands in the ring and looks out towards Donovan. Montez starts pacing in the center and then makes a run for it to the other side of the ring. Montez hits the ropes and is stopped by Skullman kneeing him across the kidneys. Anthony goes down hard and is on all fours. Skullman springboards up to the top rope and hops down with a double stomp to the back of Anthony's head. Skullman makes the quick cover, 1......2......kickout by Anthony! Skullman stands up and moves over to the corner; Skullman seats himself on the top rope and stands on the middle, waiting for Anthony to return to his feet. Montez is now up to his feet but is groggy. Skullman leaps off and connects with a Blockbuster-like maneuver. Skullman makes another cover, 1......2......kickout! Skullman stands up one more time and moves back to the corner. Skullman scales his way up to the top rope and crouches down. Anthony slowly gets up, holding his neck and turns to face Skullman. Skullman leaps off and catches Anthony with a top rope clothesline that sends Montez outside of the ring. Skullman stands in the center of the ring and looks out at Montez. The crowd cheers as Skullman shows that he wants to go after Anthony. Skullman turns around and Paul Pain is there to greet him with a stiff clothesline. Skullman is down and Pain makes the quick cover, 1......2......kickout by Skullman! Pain pulls Skullman up methodically and whips him off the ropes. Skullman hits and rebounds towards Paul. Pain catches Skullman and takes him down with a textbook spinebuster; Pain floats over for the pin, 1......2......kickout again by Skullman. Pain pulls Skullman up again and this time sets him up for a powerbomb. Pain gets Skullman up in the air but Skullman rotates out and drops down to the mat. Skullman hooks Pain with a waistlock, trying to get him over with a belly-to-belly suplex. Paul blocks it by boxing the ears of Skullman. Skullman is dazed and Pain ducks behind him. Pain hooks Skullman with a rear waistlock and takes him over with a release German suplex. Skullman rolls out of the ring and Shane Donovan enters, then sneaks up behind Paul Pain. Pain stands up and turns to see Donovan.
(Chris Cash) This is it! This is actually the first time that Paul Pain and Shane Donovan have been in the same ring, face-to-face, against each other. This has to be good!
Donovan looks down at Pain; Pain looks back at Donovan with a smirk. Donovan smiles back and then catches Pain with a stiff right jab that connects flush on the jaw of Pain. Pain is rocked and Donovan takes advantage by connecting with 2 more rights. Shane now whips Pain across the ring; Pain reverses it and shoots Donovan off the ropes. Pain goes for a clothesline off the rebound but Donovan ducks under. Shane hits the other ropes and Pain goes for a back elbow, but misses. Donovan hits the ropes one more time; Pain tries to grab at Donovan but Shane slides in between Pain's legs and gets behind him, then drives him down with "A Moment's Notice." Pain lands hard and Donovan makes the cover, 1......2......kickout by Pain! Donovan stands up and pulls Pain up with him. Donovan grabs Pain and hoists him into the air, then drives him down with a suplex. Pain crashes down to the mat and Donovan scales up to the top rope. Shane is perched and then leaps off with a diving headbutt. Pain is out and Shane is hurting from that high-risk aerial maneuver! Donovan slowly crawls over and makes the cover, 1......2......Anthony makes the save! Tupac quickly comes in and starts to work over Anthony. Skullman is sure to follow and joins his tag partner in the assault! The Thug Rydahs whip Anthony across the ring. Anthony rebounds and the Thug Rydahs backdrop Anthony over the top rope. Anthony holds on however and skins the cat back in, then catches both Skullman and Tupac with a double DDT. Skullman gets sent out of the ring and Tupac is down on the mat. Montez looks around to see if he is in the clear but is caught by Shane Donovan who takes him down and locks on the Vertigo Triangle Choke! Donovan has the hold locked on and Montez has nowhere to go. Montez is trying to fight it while Paul Pain gets up. Pain moves over to Tupac and picks him up. Donovan clinches the Vertigo on harder while Pain connects with the Pain Killer on Tupac. Pain goes down for the cover while Montez is fading, 1......2......Montez taps out on 3!
Result Disputed
(Chris Cash) Wait... so who won? Montez definitely tapped out and Pain definitely got the pinfall but who will go on to face Mavick?
("Welcome Home" by Coheed and Cambria plays as Brandon S. Yelder appears on the stage while Pain and Donovan dispute their wins in the ring)
(Brandon S. Yelder) Congratulations!
(Shane Donovan grabs a mic)
(Shane Donovan) Tell this piece of trash next to me that I am going on to Summer Sanitarium to face Mavick!
(Brandon S. Yelder) Okay then, Paul.... Shane Donovan is going on to face Mavick at Summer Sanitarium for the United States Championship.
(Paul Pain snatches the microphone from Shane)
(Paul Pain) Hold the phone, Brandon! I pinned Tupac in the middle of this ring while Donovan choked out some punk Montez. You need to change your mind and tell me that I am facing Mavick!
(Brandon S. Yelder) Okay... Shane, Paul Pain is going to face Mavick at Summer Sanitarium for the United States Championship!
(Shane Donovan snatches the mic from Pain)
(Shane Donovan) Who do you think you are? Do you have split personalities or something?
(Brandon S. Yelder) No, please do not confuse me with that piece of trash brother of mine... you know his name! Now... as I was saying, at Summer Sanitarium for the PWR United States Championship, it will be Paul Pain challenging Mavick.
(Crowd cheers)
(Brandon S. Yelder) But Mavick will also be defending against Shane Donovan... in a triple threat match! You both have a good night.
(BSY leaves the stage as Pain and Donovan are seen jawing at each other. Camera cuts back to Chris Cash at ringside)
(Chris Cash) Blockbuster announcement from BSY! Mavick will defend the US Title in a Triple Threat Match against Pain and Donovan! That's going to be a hell of a match! Summer Sanitarium just keeps getting bigger! Right now, I understand we have Stacy Warren standing by with, is this right? Her new talk show? Alright, take it away Stacy.
(The camera cuts to the back where Stacy Warren is sitting in a
chair. There are two empty chairs, one on each side of her. She is sitting in front of a neon sign that reads "Chatt'n with the Champs")
(Stacy Warren) Welcome everyone to the first ever edition of Chatt'n with the Champs. My guests are the newly crowned PWR World Tag Team
Champions, The Whoresmen.
(Mavick and Shane Montez walk in and take their seats. Shane has his Tag Team Title in his lap. Mavick has his over his shoulder and his US
Title in his lap)
(Stacy Warren) Welcome champs.
(Mavick) Here baby, you hold this one.
(Mavick hands his Tag Title to Stacy)
(Stacy Warren) Wow, this sure is big.
(Shane Montez) You know I've heard that's not the first time Mav has heard that from a woman.
(Stacy Warren) I was referring to the belt.
(Mavick) Sure you were baby.
(Shane Montez) You missed one hell of a party after the show last week Stacy. You should come with us tonight.
(Stacy Warren) Let me think about it. I will get back to you. But how about we get down to what all the fans are talking about. Let's talk about the Death Dealers.
(Mavick) Who?
(Stacy Warren) The newly formed tag team that attacked you after your match last week.
(Mavick) Oh those guys. Yeah I have no idea who they are.
(Stacy Warren) They hinted at the fact that they were planning to do something to whoever won the Tag Team Title Match in their interview after their match.
(Mavick) They had a match?
(Shane Montez) You'll have to excuse Mavick. It's his policy not to know who the "enhancement talent" is.
(Mavick) Oh, they're jobbers. Yeah I don't know any jobbers.
(Shane Montez) I on the other hand Stacy like to know whom I am dealing with. So I went back and watched their match and little interview.
(Stacy Warren) And what were your impressions?
(Shane Montez) Well, first of all, they were acting like they just beat someone that mattered. Secondly, it was two on one. Not very
impressive. Then they brought out that woman or whatever it was.
(Stacy Warren) That would be their valet Moon.
(Mavick) Moon? Are you kidding me?
(Shane Montez) That makes sense Mav. The hippie chick needs a razor. Quick question for you Stacy. When she was talking about the "so
called legends" was she talking about us?
(Stacy Warren) I believe she was Shane.
(Shane Montez) Well then listen here Moon. When talking about the Whoresmen there is no so called about it. We've won more titles then
they have had matches.
(Stacy Warren) So you think they have bitten off a little more then
they can chew so to say?
(Mavick) Of course they have. Attacking us was the biggest mistake they will ever make.
(Shane Montez) They hate me because they can't be me, Stacy. That is the simple fact of the matter.
(Stacy Warren) What makes you say that?
(Mavick) He's Shane Montez, Stacy. Everyone wants to be him.
(Shane Montez) That might be true. But I got on the internet and did a little Google search on these guys. I found that Aaron Willis aka
Plague has named his Aerial Finisher after one of my moves. Obviously
I'm his hero. Then I got to PWR.com and look at Ghoul's bio. Did you
know he has an entrance and an exit theme song?
(Stacy Warren) Yes I did.
(Mavick) Wait a minute. Wasn't it…no it couldn't be.
(Shane Montez) Yes Mav. It was me that made that popular.
(Stacy Warren) The Death Dealers take on the team you beat to win the Titles. Any plans of possibly getting some revenge?
(Mavick) Odds are they wont win this match. I don't see any need to kick their jobber asses after they just got their jobber asses kicked.
(Shane Montez) The bottom line is this Stacy. The Death Dealers dealt themselves a losing hand when they decided to mess with the Whoresmen. If we are still here when their match happens we might just have to go
down to the ring and get a closer look.
(Stacy Warren) Well, that's all the time we have this week. Tune in
next week for more from the champs.
(The scene cuts to commercial)
:::COMMERCIAL BREAK:::
(Camera shifts to the backstage area as Zanyon and Scott Kage enter the arena)
(Scott Kage) Man, tonight is a big night!
(Zanyon) Yep.
(Scott Kage) Huge match up tonight!
(Zanyon) Yep.
(Scott Kage) I can't wait to get in there. You got any advice for me tonight?
(Zanyon) Actually, yes I do. Pay close attention!
(Zanyon stops walking and looks into Kage's face)
(Zanyon) Tonight…you lose. Plain and simple, got it?
(Scott Kage) Huh?
(Zanyon) Scott, bear with me. In PWR…you are hors d'oeuvres and I am the main course. You are a small fish in a big pond and I am the shark, hungry and waiting to feast. Tonight, I start that feast and you have 3 choices. One, you can lose to me. Two, you can help me win. Three, you can leave me alone in the ring. The choice is yours, buddy!
(Zanyon walks away while Scott Kage ponders)
(Chris Cash) Welcome back to Full Throttle fans. Before the break, we heard from the new World Tag Team Champions, The Whoresmen. Call me crazy, but I think we'll see The Whoresmen again before the end of the night. After we came back, we saw words from Zanyon. Strong ones for his student, Scott Kage. How will that match play out? We'll find the answer to that question later. Right now, we got tag team action up next, let's get to the ring!
Tag Team Match
"The Thrillbilly" Jericho Kane & "The Hot Commodity" Marcus K. Yelder vs The Death Dealers (Ghoul & Plague w/Moon)
(Austin Hart) Ladies and gentlemen, our next contest is scheduled for one fall and is a tag team attraction. Already in the ring, the team of Marcus K. Yelder and Jericho Kane! And their opponents…
(Chris Cash) Wait… wait… cut backstage! Cut backstage!
(Camera cuts backstage and shows Shane Montez and Mavick attacking The Death Dealers. Shane Montez has Ghoul down and mounted, punching away at his face. Mavick has Plague in a choke sleeper and refuses to let go. Moon is standing around crying, yelling at The Whoresmen to let go. Moon finally snaps and reaches for a baseball bat in a trash can. Moon swings and catches Shane Montez across the ribs. Ghoul rolls from under Montez and crawls away. Moon looks over at Mavick and raises the bat high. She swings down and breaks the bat over Mavick's left ankle. Mavick lets go of Plague and clinches his ankle as Moon helps take Plague away)
(Chris Cash) Oh my God! Mavick's ankle could be shattered from that baseball bat shot! Wait, cut back to the ring!!
(Camera cuts back and shows MKY clothesline Jericho Kane from behind. MKY starts to put the boots to him. MKY pulls Kane up and drops him back down with the Lethal Dosage! Kane is out and MKY stands over Kane with a smirk on his face)
No Contest
(Chris Cash) What was that for? It was uncalled for and appalling! It's been a crazy couple of minutes fans, we're going to try and get some order around here, along with some answers! Right now, let's take you to Stacy Warren who is in the back with Flash! What in the hell is going on around here?
(Camera switches backstage to Stacy Warren with Flash)
(Stacy Warren) Thank you Chris! Flash, tonight you are in a fatal four-way match tonight! What are your plans going in?
(Flash) No comment.
(Stacy Warren) Okay... Are you thinking you may be able to pick up the win over the rookie, Scott Kage or over your rival, Duncan McCloud?
(Flash) No comment.
(Stacy Warren) Do you have any comment?
(Flash) Goodbye.
(Flash closes his cell phone and looks at Stacy)
(Flash) What were you saying?
(Stacy Warren) What were you doing?
(Flash) I was doing an interview with Pro Wrestling Tomorrow, a new magazine coming out!
(Stacy Warren) Okay, you have a fatal four way tonight against…
(Flash) Against McCloud, Zanyon and Steve Cook!
(Stacy Warren) Scott Kage?
(Flash) Who?
(Stacy Warren) What are your plans for tonight's match?
(Flash) Last week, I owned 3 asses. This week, I own 2 more asses plus I get to re-own an ass from last week. Simple and plain, I'm winning.
(Stacy Warren) You think you will pick the win up against...
(Flash) Against Sam Kruz. Yes, I'll beat him!
(Stacy Warren) Scott Kage?
