Abstinence

Choosing not to have sex is the only 100% effective way to not have sex. Deciding to have sex with your partner is something you need to discuss openly. Deciding not to have sex is your choice and your right. If you decide not to have sex, you need to have an open understanding with your partner.

What abstaining means

• Refraining from sexual activities that could cause pregnancy
• This does not rule out affectionate gestures between partners such as touching, kissing, and cuddling
• One person's definition of what abstaining might be differnt from another's

• You can choose to refrain from sexual activity for as long as you want!
