The Interstate Fair in Mineralwells WV hosted the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League Super Stock 4 x 4 trucks on Saturday Night, along with 5 other truck classes and two Semi classes.
With a packed house of over 5,000 + pulling fans, the Super Stock 4 x 4 trucks again demonstrated how competitive this class has become in 2006. Bryan Kungle, from Uniontown Ohio, powered his Secret Weapon Ford Ranger, into the winners circle with a pull of 294.7. Calvin Brown Sr, from Dorset Ohio, with his newly painted bright yellow Chevy he calls Pipe Dreams, pulled his way into second place with a distance of 292 while Steve Snider, from Somerset Ohio rounded out the top three with his Chevy Haunted Heartbeat, with a distance of 290.3.
Power Pulling Productions, LLC, of Western Pennsylvania, was the first Regional sanctioning group to join with the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League and produces truck and tractor pulling events in the territories of Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio and Northern West Virginia.
