Customers purchasing through Anspletrades will receive a warranty card with product serial numbers and a toll-free number to call in case of product defects. The length and terms of warranty vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and product to product. Anspletrades makes sure customers are FULLY aware of all warranty details BEFORE purchasing product. Factory refurbished items are under warranty by Anspletrades for a full three months after date of purchase.

Anspletrades takes an active role against online fraud. We encourage purchases made with Paypal. Customer does NOT have to open a Paypal account nor pay ANY fees. If any product arrives damaged in transit; is not what the customer ordered or not exactly as described by Anspletrades, a full refund will be immediately issued upon arrival of  returned item to the offices of Anspletrades.

      Anspletrades carries only consumer electronics in the form of iPods, Mobile Cell Phones and Playstation Portable2 and Playstation Home2. iPods are MP3 players with memory up to 60GB (iPod Photo and video). We get your iPod or Playstation to your door as quickly as you want up to a overnight service. But customer bears responsibility for shipping charges and price rises along with faster delivery times.

     Our Mobile telephones and  Playstation Slim Home and Playstation Personal2 are all new in factory sealed boxes. Most of our iPods units are also new but some are factory refurbished. Factory refurbished items are units that have for some reason found their way back to the manufacturer due to some kind of failure or overstocked items. The manufacturer then replaces every component inside the iPod (I mean EVERYTHING). So the refurbushed iPos from Apple are the best deal for the money. But the factory does not replace the unit housing on the refurbished iPod.
