Hello and Welcome to Patty's Creations!
This is where you will find my adopts that I offer for request. Please take a look around and I hope that you find something that you like. I do have a couple rules that I ask that you follow.

Make sure you choose a head for your request. I need to know color and number. If you do not choose a head, I will choose one for you and will not remake your tag. Please don't tell me to "choose" a head for you.

Tags are "as is" except for name and head change unless otherwise stated.

Only one request per person per day. Once you have picked your tag up, you may request another.

I only take requests monday through friday as I take the weekends off to catch up on requests and make time for my family.

Please do not take any of my tags off my website as that is considered stealing. Simply ask for a tag and I shall make it for you.
