Dear Sir,
If feelings are forces created by the evolution, then the binding feelings, love, bind us to what gives us the best survival ability, i.e. to what our lives are based on.
Looking this the other way around we notice that our lives are based on the things that we love: what the full base for our functioning, is for us, are the objects of our healthy love, the direction in life that we naturally aim at. Often this means security, sometimes the happiness of full functrioning in healthy living conditions.
In any case our lives are based entirely on the things that we love! In flowery language one could say that the "world" consists of love...
