Please Read Before You Order
This is to answer your question - "What if I saw something when I was in the shoppe and decided I want to buy it and have it shipped to me now that I am back home?" These policies will also be affective when we build our online store.
ORDER STATUS:
These policies time guidelines do not apply to Special Order/Custom Made items that may take several weeks to create the item. Please refer to item description for delivery times. You will receive an email when the item is completed and has been shipped.
PENDING: Orders that are paid via check or money order will have this status until payment is received. Upon receipt we will change the status to Processing.
PROCESSING: Orders that are paid via credit card or Paypal will have the status of Processing. This means we have received your order and we are processing it. Please allow 10-14 business days for receipt of order.
SHIPPED: All orders that have shipped will receive this status. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped. You will also receive a separate email with tracking information. Please check your email address carefully.
SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please be sure to include the FULL STREET ADDRESS. That means Street, Road, Avenue, Blvd, Circle, etc. Not entering your complete street address will cause delays in shipping and may involve extra shipping charges if package is returned to us by USPS or UPS. Example: If a customer entered #10 Ninth as the address. We found a Ninth Ave, Ninth Street and a Ninth Blvd all in the same zip code. We can not stress this enough so please check the address carefully. Thanks.....
SHIPPING: Orders are shipped by UPS, or U.S. Postal Service, depending on item and shipping location. An address with a P.O. Box will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service. Please allow 7-12 Business days (Monday-Friday) for US delivery. Three weeks for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. Allow 4-8 weeks for International delivery.
The U.S. shipping rate is as follows:
$6.00 Flat fee
US SHIPPING POLICY: We offer a flat $6.00 fee for shipping anywhere in the US (even Alaska and Hawaii). Whether you order $6.00 or $500.00, it is still a $6.00 fee for shipping. This does not include Express shipping. If you need an item right away, we can overnight or two day air to you but there will be extra shipping charges. Please contact us if you need this service. Exceptions to $6.00 shipping: Cauldrons and Besoms. Shipping for large cauldrons and besoms usually will run about ten dollars. Higher for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. The $6.00 shipping applies to US orders only. Canadian shipping is higher but we do discount shipping to our Canadian friends. Sorry we do not ship internationally.
USA MILITARY: We are proud to support our military! We offer $6.00 shipping to overseas APO, FPO, AP addresses. Same exclusions apply.
COVEN, GROUP & BULK DISCOUNTS:
Do you need several of the same items for your Coven or group? We offer you a 15% discount on multiples of five or more. If you need to take advantage of these discounts, email us for more information.
BACKORDERS: If your item is back-ordered, it will be sent to you as soon as it is available. Your invoice will be marked "On Back-order". There is no additional shipping charge for back order items. We ship them at our expense. If we find that it will be a considerable amount of time before your item can be shipped, we will refund the price of the item so that you may reorder it at a later date.
PAYMENT METHODS: We accept Paypal, E-Check via Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, all debit cards, personal checks and money orders. Payment must be received by us within 21 days of order if paying by MO or personal check. Please note: Orders paid with a check will be held for two weeks (4 weeks for Canada) to allow the check to clear. There is a $30.00 service fee for bounced checks.
RETURN POLICY
DAMAGES: Notify us within 7 days of any damaged items that you received. We will be happy to replace the item or refund the purchase price (once we receive the damaged item back from you). We will also give you instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please keep all packaging material until you hear from us.
UNSATISFIED: Notify us within 7 day if you are unhappy with any item that you received. We will provide you with shipping instructions to ship the item back to us. Once you ship the item back to us and it is received, we will be happy to give you credit for that item. There is no restocking fee for single items. There may be a restocking fee if this policy is abused or entire orders are refused. Sorry, but we cannot except returns on consumable goods, i.e. herbs, oils, bath salts, soaps, etc.
Cancellations: Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled. We define "Processed" as payment received and item(s) packed/shipped (or in the case of Special Order/Custom Made actual creation of item). Please be sure you want your purchase before completing order.
