UPDATE/PICTURES
Mood:  celebratory
Just a short note to let those of ya'll who ordered pictures that they were mailed today. The pictures really turned out GREAT. But because of the number in the picture it is a 8 X 11 instead of a 8 X 10. It you don't get your picture by next Friday please let me know. Also, if there is still some that would like to have a picture, just let me know. I ordered a few more just in case someone wanted one. Just put the $15 in the mail to me and I will sent it out to you.
And again I want to thank everyone for making this such a great reunion for all of us. Hope to see all of ya'll in about 2 years.

DIRTY 30 STILL KICKING IN 2006
Mood:  special
Now Playing: Patience Fulmer Coon
Hey, everybody it has taken me this long to gather my thoughts about the REUNION. I had the time of my life working on the reunion and it was important to me for several reasons. The tailgate party and the Saturday Night are very hard to put into words. "JUST A BLESSING" It was a wonderful to see and talk with all of ya'll. Even if some of my classmates don't remember some of great times we had. Yes, Marilyn Johnson, Mary Lee Carter, and Gail Wood maybe older, but I don't forget. HA!!! HA!!!! It is still hard for me to believe that it has been 30 years since we graduated from OPHS.
Now I would like to thank everyone that help make this the BEST reunion I think we have ever had. First, for those of you who don't know Scott Miller is the reason we had a 30 year reunion. He took the ball and the rest of us just followed him. Thank You Scott. Ok, for the others Twanna Roberts(Patience's right hand) who try to see that everyone had a name tag with a pictures. Mike Duncan the tailgate party wouldn't be the same without you cooking for us and the GREAT BIO BOOKS that you put together for us. Thanks. Wes, thanks for the banner and the T-Shirts they were great and I will forever treasure it. Also, thanks for taking all the pictures for us,GREAT!! GREAT!! And the wonderful web site to view them. Tim Hardin, thanks for hanging in there with me, calling
classmates and getting information to me. In thanking everyone, I can't forget the ones who help me decorate the VFW HALL,Twanna Roberts, Marilyn Johnson(friend Louis), Marilyn Ryan, Demetria Roberts, Rene Gallien,Yvonne Crozier, and of course Scott Miller. Thank Ya'll Thank you, Kim Nicholas for calling, checking on places and the catering.
If I have left out thanking anyone I apolize, because I didn't mean to.
Also, the pictures will be mailed out next week, had soon last minutes calls for them and wanted to try to mail all at one time.
This reunion has left me with some wonderful memories that I will forever treasure and it is thanks to all of ya'll.THANK YA'LL. One last thought may God continue to Bless US and keep us safe till the next reunion.

Stay in Touch,
Patience

PICTURES!!!
Mood:  on fire
Topic: PICTURES
I think I have my photos online and viewable now! CLick on this link... http://community.webshots.com/user/OPHS76 (you may have to cut and paste, but you can figure that out) I posted all the photos I took over the weekend. It takes a second or two to load them and if you expand them to full size, WOW! I think you can download from the site also. If any of you have taken photos and would like to email them to me, I will open an album under your name (credit where credit is due you know) and post them with all the rest. This is getting fun now.... hahahahaa OK... try it and let me know how it is working for you! Wesley

Thank You for the Good Times and the Good Friends!!
Mood:  happy
Happy memories make a special place in our hearts and are never forgotten. To Scott, Renee, Patience, Tim, Twanna, Randall and everyone else who made our reunion the huge success it was, I say Thank You. Wes, the shirts were great and Mike our bio book is awesome. I look forward to additions in our book and Wes, I look forward to viewing photos of our wonderful weekend. One week ago tonight we were all together and it could not have been any more perfect. It was so much fun talking with everyone and catching up on how the last 30 years have been. I think it would be correct to say that 30 years has had no effect on our ability to dance the night away and have a good time.
I look forward to our next gathering and wish you only the best until we see each other again.
Take care.

Great Job!!
Now Playing: Bill Ellis
A very special thanks to the organizers of the OPHS Dirty Thirty Reunion!! For a few magical moments, the years that separated us faded away and we all picked up right where we left off thirty years ago. What a wonderful evening.

Do any of you computer savy folks have suggestions for a website we can all upload our reunion pictures for everyone to share?

Thanks again,
Bill Ellis

Well, don't know about everyone else but... I had a large time Saturday night. I know, I tried to hide it but... I want to thank everyone who came from near and far. It wouldn't have been what is was without you all. I enjoyed seeing all of you and look forward to the next time.

Words can't describe how it makes me feel to be a part of all of this. I want to thank Patience, Scott, Mike, Tim and Randal for including me in all of this. It was great working with you on this coming together. Patience misquoted me on Scott's nickname. It's Mother Lode. You gotta hand it to the guy, he's priceless! And he can dance. Go figure!

People come and people go in and out of our lives. I truly believe the good Lord puts people as well as lessons in our lives, at a certain place and time, for a reason. I hope this reunion shows that even though we all might be separated by many miles we can still keep in touch and just pick up the phone or email one another to say "How are ya?". Keep in touch with each other and this event will all be worth while.

Life is a song and this is your chance to dance! Shake what yor momma gave ya! So everybody... just keep on dancin'. And... breathing... and.... we'll see ya next time.

Thanks Again!!!
Mood:  vegas lucky
Since someone likes to erase me, I'll give them another chance!!!
I would like to again thank everyone that attended our "Dirty Thirty" reunion. I hope that everyone had a great time, we sure did.. For all the "out of towners", when you come in town to visit, you better call us!! For all the locals, we should stay in closer contact, shame on us!!
I would like to explain what our theme "Dirty Thirty" meant. It was not meant to insinuate anything ugly, nor was it referring to Alan Tannehills hygiene. We had the 10 and 20 year reunions, and both were very nice and elegant. This one was tailgating, football game, golfing and a party at a type of place where we had parties at after High School and during College, the VFW Hall. We were getting back to our "roots", kinda "down and dirty"!! Also, it was the only thing that I could think of that rhymed with Thirty..........Also to all the people that have called and emailed, we appreciate yall too!!
Thanks Again,
Scott Miller

Thanks to everyone
Now Playing: Bill Snyder
I just want to say thanks to everyone that help put this together and to all those that attended. My wife and I had a great time! To those that I should have remembered, I apologize; a lot of water has passed beneath this bridge. It was great seeing my old friends once again. Thanks to Guy Roberts for telling me the old joke I told him 30 years ago, I will share it with my new friends.

I wish everyone the best and if you ever are in the Atlanta area give me a call. My cell number is 770-402-3030 and my email is OPHS76@teamsnyder.com.

Hey everyone Demetria here, just wanted to say thanks to all who helped put this together. I think a good time was had by all. I enjoyed talking to everyone but did not get a chance to talk to some. I wish we would have had more time. Can't wait to see everyone again soon.
